(My son Squire Dustin and I Bristol 2008)
Hello, my friends,
I finally made it to Bristol for the entire weekend after missing the weekend before due to my foot injury. This was already weekend 5 out of 9 total. I do intend on getting there the rest of the season since I am much healed and ready to go. It was a fantastic time, especially since my son finally got to go with me after missing all of last year due to college and work. Believe me, we had a blast. We sat through most of the shows which he had never seen, talked to friends and talked to many of the children and their families. He brought his puppet dragon along and had a fun time interacting with all the children making it moved about. They believed it was real and loved it. So, all in all it couldn't have been better. I also have my pictures up from this past weekend, so, if anyone is interested in seeing them, just follow this link below, then go to the bottom of that page and click on the Week 5 button.

The weather was beautiful with being in the high 70's to possibly hitting 80 on one of the days with low humidity. The perfect faire weather!!! The sky's were blue but clouded up a bit on Sunday later in the day. The regular Queen was now back and things felt normal again. Once again I had many wee ones following us about wanting dragon tears and to hear the story behind them. That is what it is all about. It is now off once again to Bristol week 6 and I will be meeting up with some of my good friends from the Upper Wisconsin Renaissance Faire, who are making the trip down. I look forward to much merriment. HUZZAH!!! So, if anyone else is planning on coming by, stop me and give a shout. That's it for now, my friends. Take care and remember -
Dream the Dream and Live the Fantasy!!!
Respectfully,
Lord Sir Clisto of York
