mayhaps this eve shall find a voice pon the winds as my keeper hath left the realm this eve until morrows nightfall. The squire of the keep is away as well, tis just I, come rescue me and take me away with thee...

The challenge, Lord Seversword, as in all things, is to survive. Whilst I continue to wish that such were the case with our late, beloved Ink Blot, know that the burden remains harder with every new day. As you know, the High Istari warned me this blarsted job would be dangerous were I to take it!

Fortunately, I'm off to Bethesda Fountain upon the morrow; for I am annoy'd with having to be left to mine own devices. Besides, I am in need of a few coins of the Realm anyway.

All is indeed well my Lord, the more so since faire does fairly rush upon me! Mid September shall see me on the lanes of Canturbury, trusted friends at my side. As for my comment, age doth take it's toll, for I have no more memory of mine own words!

Ah my friend, faire bepoppen about like mushrooms in Spring! Yea, ‘tis time for folk to go upon pilgrimages to renew their souls. To be sure thy soul be in fine fettle as thy portraits show unto all.

‘Tis time to make merry ere the winter’s snowdrifts retain us in our keeps before the logged fire. Proserpine doth seek the arms of Hades soon, methinks, as Apollo’s shafts weaken in their flight and the heavens heavy-laden with grayed clouds.

Fear ye not goodly Sir, that time not be nigh but anon as Apollo doth yet struggle unto his advantage. Soon here will the sounds and sights a-faire will grace us with glad tidings and we shall join in thy merriment.

Mayhap, but unto my mind, such 'twould not be a lobor unto my liking! I would my pate remaineth upon my shoulders, methinks.

I would never aspire unto the kingly fate. Neither would Charles I of England now that I so bethink it!
